Can someone recommend a good vps for me? I want to buy of someone with a quality website, so i can rely on them. someone who's been in business for a while. I want something thats really fast. I have about 20 sites i host. So ill have about 100k traffic a month so i need something quality. My budgets $20-$50 give me some links thanks in advance for the help
I use godaddy.com for a VPS around $40/month with a Plesk Control Panel and a 30 domain license using CentOS 5.
Future hosting - I have been with them over a year. Before that I had tried about 6 other hosting companies, including godaddy. I have a VPS with 768+ megs of memory, my sites (about 5 of them) get around 1.3 million page views a month and all of the sites have a very good response time.
If I am to choose I rather go with VPS provided from our DP friends here. Coz mostly your technical support are those server admin it self. try to visit this forum: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/forumdisplay.php?f=98 and try to consider the following members: mycoolworld Profit|Jacob IwhiC qualityhostings
And who said that? Try to contact this people and know it from your self. But if you have to BIG budget then you can try those who you found using google. Well anyway this is just my own suggestion and opinion. And I think this is a wrong forum to talk all about this. Try it here: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/forumdisplay.php?f=98
Hi, I would recommend Servint, I have been there for over 2 years and totally satisfied. Their VPS is very good, 24/7 support, they reply my ticket very fast, 99% uptime.
I like Jumpline a lot Almost all my sites are hosted there. I have 2 VPS with them, and no problems yet.
try www.liquidweb.com , www.theplanet.com, www.rackspace.com Quality support. To buy offshore vps pm me.
If you're looking for a managed VPS, I don't think you can do any better than knownhost -- a search will reveal many positive reviews of their service. I've also had good luck with slicehost, but they are completely unmanaged.
If your traffic is based mostly in North America you could give Vpslink a try. I've had a great time using their services and have only had 2 problems in the last 8 months and they where taken care of quickly.
I am using hostGator. Their server seem to be fast enough for my need, so far. You may check them out.
