I rotate adsence and banners on my forum, and never had a problem, see examples at http://www.skilledgraphics.com/forum/index.php

Click the home button a couple times, and you will see i am rotating banners and adsense links, this forum is brand new, but i have done it on another as well

They told you know, so they will probably be watching your site now. Don't do it.

It would have been better if you hadn't emailed them, because I have seen many sites do this.

that means, once the page is loaded the ads can't be rotated, like a refresh.

the ads can be rotated if the ads only change on a page view.

it is also allowed to have adsense as a filler on other ad networks.

if you use php for doing this you are sure about 2 things:

    1. they can't know that you rotate them only if they refresh your site without reason, but anyway, they are 2 different page loads with ads on each other

    2. they will know that you can't show 2 ads in the same place at the same page load.

If you use javascript you can have some problems, they don't like ads in javascript.

There was a miscommunication. You can feel free to rotate your ads using scripting on the server side.

What they told him was no auto refreshers, because they cause so called "invalid impressions".
