Yeah that was a typo thanks for spotting it for me. They were the wrong way round. :| We have it set up for for one of the admins to check over whether the correct details have been entered to make the sure that the sign up is completed. We also use this when sign ups are being bought to check the websites and if they are free offers that dont require a CC. The offer is for everyone, we are doing a flat rate of 60 cent per sign up with a minimum of 5 being bought at a time.
Were not looking to scam anyone, we are offering affordable sign ups, that will sign up, we can not always guarentee that sign ups will stay active tho, as that is up to them. Well if it is to get sign ups to a free hosting offer that doesn't require a Credit Card then we can deliver these. But we can not do paid offers.
