Hi My blog is (http://www.onlinecashadvance.blogspot.com/) having a back link and i have tried most of the off page techniques(dir submisison, bookmarking, search engine etc), but am not getting enough traffic to the site. Can anybody tell the reason y am not getting the traffic?

how old is your blog anyway? target your audience through the use of related keywords. or you can try putting some adwords. but this will cost you a lot.

my targeted kw - cash in advance loan and no teletrack payday loan. these two keywords got high search volume and my site is not displayed on these two keywrds(i have checked up to 100 position)
maybe its on the number of competitive. check it KEI, so you will know the reason behind. or maybe its about on your on page..
Just continue what you did. You need to wait for some time before you can get traffic. Or try other strategy in getting traffic.

This is just an additional on what they have said. Make your site visible on the top three pages of the top three search engines especially in Google. Of course using your targeted keyword. For sure you are not just getting traffic, but quality traffic.
