    Hi DPears,

I would like to know Does Google take any step against duplicate content,

Our website is serving and on top of 1st page of Google since last 8 years,

on the keyword "software development india"

I recently found, some one tried to do exactly what we have in content and used the same content also, and now they are also ranked on 1st page for the same keyword.

My website URL in Sig and ranked on 3rd place, you can find out who had done copied from our website.

How can I contact Google for the same problem?

How can I report this website to Google?

    Waiting for your expert comment.

No he had not at all copied 100% that's the problem, and the thing is he had theft internal linking which we are having for our website,

and lots of keyword stuffing done on his website, m sure, he won't be there for a long time, but i really hate that person...

Thank you very much for the link as well as precious suggestions.

I'm not sure but I don't think you can do anything with it .
Applications Like IBP asks you to do similar stuff with your website + there are many other people doing the same thing .
    Good Luck!

If you submit the same article to hundreds of article directories. Google usually pick 1-3 to the first page for a targeted keyword.

Google against duplicate content for years already not only recently.
Yet google can also forget many things quickly.
