Hi I just want to know if I have policy and ask user to upload the content which he/she own and in anyway if they upload a copyright material they will be responsible for the action against them and if I also include that I don’t own the copyright of any videos and all the copyright is owned by the copyright owner
And if you find any material which is illegal please let me know I will remove it

Than also I’l be responsible for that copyright videos uploaded by any user

They will never be fully responsible for it, but your site (i.e. you) will, unfortunately.

The site isn't responsible for the content users upload as long as they remove copyrighted/illegal content that users upload. I would check out the legal section of youtube, see what their TOS and other information says.

Then you could be faced with legal action by the owner.

They can be faced with a lawsuit but the fact is that all goes away as soon as the company that owns the website removes the content and shows the court their TOS. No company can check manually 100.000 vids/day for copyright violation

Google and youtube (one in the same) have both been sued over people uploading videos. The one thing that keeps youtube from getting in really hot water, the videos are removed as soon as they are reported. Also, if more then 2 copyright complaints are filed against one youtube account, that account is deleted.

Just do a google search for "sued google" or sues youtube

Well, it happened. YouTube is facing a $1 billion+ lawsuit from Viacom today. It was known that YouTube would eventually face at least one major lawsuit, and Viacom - which had already pulled 100,000 clips from the site, was perhaps the most likely to take a distaste to the company.

The cases above are over a year old. As they progressed, youtube put up a good defense by showing that the video was removed in a timely manner.

Internet's copyright laws are soooo screwed up that half of the people don't know the law. Youtube gets sued from left to right. But they are owned by google and their laweyers are really good!

yea but when google start his google.com he was not rich not even the founder of youtube was born rich. I just want to put my point if you wanna earn good amount of money than you should be ready for that but now i have understood one thing that if you want to start a service like youtube than don't start it on a small level start it on a big level so if someone sue you, you could manage it. and now im gonna start it soon
"beware youtube (google) im coming" ............:D
