Paypal limited access. Paid money held by paypal. Help!!!

I have made about 17 purchases on ebay using payapl. All the items have been shipped to me.

My paypal account came under review last week and they reversed back charges to my credit card for 7 transactions. I have paid the sellers again through a friend.

Now, I got a mail stating 'Limited Account Access Appeal Denied' Option 2. Money in your PayPal account will be held for 180 days. After 180
days, we'll email you with information on how to receive your funds..

I also find that paypal is holding the money paid to the other 10 transactions. The status for these transactions is either 'Being Reviewed By Paypal' or 'Awaiting other party's response'.

Does anyone know what is happening here? or what are the possible outcomes?
    Will paypal:
    1. Send the money to seller.
    2. Reverse the payment and send my to credit.
    3. hold the money for 180 days and then return it.
    4. Never return my money.

The problem with my account was, I used my brothers credit card, which has India based address. My paypal address is singapore and that is I am residing for more that 2.5 yrs. Finally, some of the items I bought on ebay US had shipping address within US(I am using package forwarding and combined shipping service from BorderLinx DHL, who will forward the items to singapore).

Can anyone point out what will happen in my case?

I can make alternative arrangement to pay the sellers. But, I would like to know if I will get back the money held by Paypal. Since, it has cancelled some of my payments, will it do the same for the other transactions under review?

Paypal doesnt care about your explanation, if they say 180 days, its 180 days.
You can explain, write or call but they will not help you, get used to it. They will collect some interest over
your money for 180 days after that period you are free to withdraw your funds, and close your account. (or they close your account).

I speak from experience, don't try to understand their policies, just wait 180 days.

    Good luck,

If the status for these transactions is 'Being Reviewed By Paypal' , then after they complete investigation, they will reverse the transaction or may not reverse and money will be credited to your seller's account.

    Thx.

this is exactly what I wanted to know. That is the credit card transactions reviewed by paypal will either be reversed back to me or will be sent to the seller. So, Paypal will not hold this money.

In other works, for a limited account paypal will hold money for 6 months only if the there is money in my paypal funds.
If it is a credit card transaction that is being reviewed, paypal will not hold that money for 6 months, it will either send it to seller or reverse it back to my credit card. Thx.

Seems buyer had made fraudulent way or stolen credit card, sadly there is nothing you can do just wait for Paypal to finalize the investigation.

Sorry for the misunderstanding. I am actually the 'BUYER' here and I can assure you that the credit card is not stolen.
If I am sure that Paypal will reverse the payments to my credit, I will arrange for alternate methods of payment.
