Highly ranked at terms as "how to win at roulette" (1st, sometimes 2nd), "roulette strategy", "roulette secrets" etc.

This site spends no bandwidth, it had few pages of text and it's a real money maker.
I need money and im willing to sell it. It makes 1200+$ for the last three months constantly, traffic is steady.

No "please PM me url" and similar shit. Im looking for really interested buyers who can afford something like this.

Price im asking is 12k $ which is 10 months revenue. You dont have to work single minute monthly on this site, just let it go as is it doing for a long time.

After looking at the sitepoint stats and the ones you post, the majority of the traffic are from porn sites. Not Search engines

3 months revenue does not qualify as a trend for 10 months selling price - if it had a year or two of proven income then it would, but not now.
