getting 104% ctr is that fine?

well im getting 104% ctr today is this fine? im getting like 25 impression just now. is this fine? how will we know that we are in danger in our ctr? let me know please. thanks

 

well, a ctr of 104 percent its sure look suspicious. You better see you traffic log and contact goolge

 

are you sure? some people gets that ctr but they were not banned. why ? other gets big ctr. . . . . . . is not normal ?

It means how many % of your visitors click ads, if it's 104%, it means that every person clicks at least once, and sometimes more.

 

is it possible that someone's trying to ban him from adsense by clicking on his ads? just wondering

My post for ease of viewing-

104% if click fraud isn't involved means every visitor you get clicks on at least one ad and a small amount of visitors clicks on 2 adds. To get that exact number one way would be-

96% of visitors click on 1 ad.
4% of visitors click on 2 ads.

Obviously there's other ways to get this number of clicks, but this is the simplest to explain and show how it's unlikely to happen.

For this to happen in the real world (no click fraud) I think you'd need a minimum 25 impressions with 24 visitors clicking once and one visitor clicking twice. I've not gone to the trouble of writing a formula to confirm this, but think it's the smallest number of impressions (25) that can result in a 104% CTR.

This is unrealistic since in the real world we are lucky to see above 5% of visitors click an ad, so 25 aren't going to all click.

So something is wrong.

Could be you got 25 impressions (or a multiple of 25) and 1 of the visitors clicked 20 odd ads for every 25 impressions you got. So if you had 100 impressions, you are seeing 80+ clicks due to click fraud.

A high CTR is not a problem if the clicks are legitimate. However, if you normally have a very low CTR and suddenly you have a high CTR, it could mean fraudulent clicks. If you consistently get a high CTR with normal clicks, no problem and congratulations.

 

104% you are surely in some trouble - you should contact adsense and tell them something abnormal is going on.

 

Maybe you should mail google and check out if your traffics not changing all that much

 

im very sure that its normal because someone people is having this ctr, i was a member of adsense long time ago and i always have this ctr everyday. until when i got paid last april 25 2008

 

Dude 104% ctr is not normal. Stop lying to yourself. Message google and tell them before you get banned. Getting a new adsense account will be very hard.

 

im, not lying, so don't judge please. i earn more $$ from adsense i always got 50%-100% per day until i got paid.

 

why ask if you wont trust MULTIPLE people? Plus, how can u possibly believe its normal for EVERY person to click your ads?

30% at its most should be Safe. I would be happy if i had 10% of that at least . lol

 

It is okay as long as the traffic is low. Now if you have thousands of visitors with a CTR like that something is wrong.
