I am not an expert but the , commas in your page links is from what i understand not very good practice. You should be using - instead.

Also, on the main page click on "general jobs." Notice the URL in your browser. Now click the category link (general jobs) in any of the listings. The link is different then the actual general jobs category. The bad link, on the listings page, is returning a 200 OK status code. Even if it were a 404 error, its still not ok. Fix URL rewrite for all of the category listings.

there aren't any keywords specified in your meta. moreover description is not so effective. otherwise the site is nice.
