Hey guys, I need a logo for www.ebo#okdown#loadshop.com (minus #'s). It is a brand new site and I am using the Red Passion Zen Cart theme. I need a logo/header that pretty much looks similar to what is currently there. "Red Passion" and those leaves on the right should be removed. Maybe something more ebook-y to go with the site theme. The site name should be in there. The site name is eBook Download Shop, exactly like that. The width needs to stay the same. The metallic-looking part should probably stay the same as well so it fits with the rest of the site. No need to put in a tagline as that is just normal text. Should be very easy. I have included the image as an attachment to this post. Feel free to modify it or go crazy and create your own. Please use layered image files like PDFs so I can later change if I want. Thanks. Nice logo Aalto. So far you are winning. Good use of color. The "Internet and Web Development" is not part of the image however. It is just a text link. If you can, please use the attached image or right click on the page and press on "view background image." I love the little image, but the font might be too metallic. P.S. I really like the reflection and font of the original. dely^gun, I like the color fades, but the feel the colors or images you chose do not match the site. Also the tagline is already set at the top. To Everybody: Try to stick close to the original. I really like that one and don't want to do a bunch of editing changing the link and tagline locations. But not too close that people will think I did not even change it. The contest will go on for another 24 hours.
I love it! The only thing I would change is that image (the down sign) and move the main text a little more to the left. Not sure if that would look as good though... You are now winning.
I want to emphasis the "ebook" part and not the "download" part, so no. Look at the logo the first guy did. He used an image that I liked a lot. But, good job on everything else!
Yes, that is beautiful! One thing: Can you fix the reflection so that the reflection does not go over/under the real letters? You are surely winning, but I will wait until the contest is over so everyone else that submitted a post gets a chance to revise. Cool, I will wait for you before ending the contest (unless you take over 24 hours).
Thanks for your entry, but the image and font looks too GIFy if that makes any sense. At least for my site. Not sure about that first one, but I really like that second one. It is between you and dimitri123 as of right now. I personally like his slanted icon more, but your reflection is going very nice. The only thing is the last "P". The reflections kind of overlap, but I am not sure how you can fix that with it still looking good.
Thanks jasonleon, but not really what I am looking for. I am looking for something that is not too different from what is already there. The curtain look is very nice though. It just doesn't fit well with what I am trying to do. Good job. The logo is very nice. Let's just wait to see what cottonStella does.
I actually really like this design. The font is nice and so is the ebook you chose. I am still keeping the other two at the top though because I liked theirs a centimeter more. You would have spot number 2.
