    Maybe it's because you did something wrong when you filled in your address?

    Like the way you posted this in the main forum when there's an adsense forum?

    Why you can't get your money - you forgot to explain. However, phone number is from Bangladesh. Did you talk with your local bank ... you may try Dhaka Bank or HSBC plc. Dhaka Bank has direct dealings with CITI Bank NY - your cheque is provably coming from CITI Bank NY.
