On a more serious note... Google are not bad people, and no need to inject random ban fear into other webmasters.
Google's Ads must never be associated with Pornography - it would constitute a PR disaster for Google, should they openly profit from the adult industry. (If, indeed, that was the case..)

No i said i worked according to the TOS , a mas who have 2000 click a day won't start exchanging a few clicks with people and danger himself .

If you don't do anything against the Tos, why don't you pass it easily?

A medical site with 2000 daily clicks would need to be popular (20.000 UV/DAY?) and make at least $500 daily, usually much more.

What I'm trying to say is if you have a medical website with 20.000 unique visitors as you say, you have so many other alternative options much more lucrative than adsense, you wouldn't even have to be worried. But the question is if you have this website?

You can try CPA networks and you can also put some CPM like Tribalfusion or something

 

Adsense bans without stating the reason why, therefore it is quite reasonable to assume from this that many of us have been banned for no reason

 

absolutely, i have about 15 sites with adsense on, google suspended my account today across all the sites without even a hint of a reason!

 

$700 a month is faaaar from a premium publisher.
