I think you're in the wrong thread...

But why would he ask you to get it appraised if he already made the offer?

i saw my site at some auctions ....and contacted me via email...and ask me price for it..

i counter queried him how much he could pay for it...

so he replied this...he says get it appraised ..may be after appraisal cost is more then what he have offered...and do get it appraised from and independent third party..he didnt mention his but did mention some that he wont prefer like afternic and one two more..

then i replied him what domain appraisal company he trusts he says he have good reviews about easynamesale.com

so can anyone kindly help me to find out my domain appraisal cost whether to spend on appraisal or not?if its not that worth

it is a scum! tell him to pay for the appraisal first and you are willing to subtract the appraisal from the cost of domain if he really want to buy it

most likely you will never hear from him again

Exactly, (I woudl think) he owns or works for or has some connection with the appraisal site. He makes an offer you 'can't refuse' and then asks for an appraisal.

You pay for the appraisal (this is where they make the money) and then low and behold, the sale falls through because of the appraisal, leaving you out of pocket to the tune of the value of the appraisal and he in profit to the value of the appraisal.

Now, multiply this by xxxx's of domains and its not a bad little earner for them.
