Paypal -> VISA Withdraw

    If the card on Paypal is Verified with Account, But is on Different name then that of account.

    Can We withdraw our balance to that card ? As someone, mentioned, if the VISA attached is verified, then there is no issues ?

    Can you tell me, how was it done ?
    Were paypal account and card name were entirely different ?

    Which bank card was it ?
