Probably not too much. Perhaps more to a Canadian. In the US, Hockey is ranked right under cow tipping as a sport. Also, there's little activity, members, etc. I'm thinking the cost of the domain, software, themes (perhaps), and a few bucks for the rest.
I like that website but it tends to dramatically over-value underdeveloped websites, and UNDER-value older established websites. It's just a computer formula so it doesn't take into account website specific information or value considerations.
It's worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it Is it making any money at all? has it got the potential to make money? If you can define either of these two things, you can usually get a better valuation..

How much is it currently making? All too often people look at things like member numbers, number of posts, etc. But really what's important is its profit.
Agreed! The bottom line is does it make money now? Buyers need to know they'll money today...they're usually not too interested in 'potential'. If you're serious about selling it post in the appropriate area and list earnings. If you're not making too much from it at the moment then work on that and list it when it's making some coin.
