This lil sh... buys the .com version of my http://watchinplainsight.info I'm currently #2 on google for "In Plain Sight Episodes". Do I have anything to worry about? Should I build more links? I'm already on top, let alone this kid stole the videos off my site!!! It's a shame. I worked hard!

How did he stole the videos from your site? Do you have the videos in your web site? From what I see from your disclaimer

Secondly, do you have permissions to use the images and info from USA Networks yourself?

Its a free wallpaper I'm pretty sure I have permission. And for the videos, I knew a guy who uploaded them as a favor, thats why I'm a lil ticked off.
I actually watch the show. Information comes from me.

    Hes contact-less

I can believe .com was available and you purchased .info.
That's a big mistake and your hard work will help to promote the .com site now :(

I've already competed and I'm still building links as we speak, hopefully my site gets on top :). As it looks only way hes getting his site anywhere is to take content from mines which is hilarious. Its okay I'm going to work on some type of encryption soon.

As for as the .com and .info, godaddy was $1 a price you couldn't beat :), and I was very low on cash. As it looks my site still has better google ranking then his :). I'll contact him via that email from who is. Thanks.

if you feel like you should build more links then go for it.... other than that, this may be more of a legal issue...

I emailed him, if he don't comply I'm just going to get cocky and raise the bar ;). As my sites still going to be #1 and I wont have some faulty website to change my ways of how I do things. I'm going to build a lot of web links, and more advertisement. Then maybe he'll figure out that his content is just a rip off, let alone looks worse then mines :).

Yeap totally agree this can be a legal issue. Maybe he can also sue

    www.usanetwork.com/series/inplainsight/

This comes out Number 1 when you search Google for In Plain Sight

Who can sue, and who sue who. What are you going on about? I don't think its any legal issues either as usa network provide the videos online them selves and sites like hulu.com take them and put their own commercials for profit, I don't see any legal issues with my site.

it's sux but you should keep going

if everyone on the net is suing for every single person that stole their contents

they will going backrupt before they win all the cases

    it's so childish

    just try to work harder

complainer never wins, winner always goes to someone who willing to take everything back by himself

There is nothing illegal here. What did you expected? Not to have any competition at all?
Yahoo should sue Google for being a search engine, right?

Yah, you should have bought the .com .... you need to make investments, or suffer the consequences.... cheap hosting isgood cuz it's cheap, but it doesn't mean it'll always be up, and you have t odeal with uptime issues.

You should be able to invest $7.15 for a domain from godaddy....

So, just build links and optimize it for SEO.
