Forums or blog adds more weight to a website in case of seo? Also which forum is the best one to have, and the less one that gets spam?

They're not magic cures or silver bullets for all your SEO woes - instead they're used to build communities. If that's what you want (a community) then they'll help significantly, and in the process can improve your rankings in the search engines if there's enough good content and links pointing back to them.

Depends on the goals of your website. If your website audience isnt very internet savvy, I'd probably opt for a forum. Just depends.

As said above, a blog or forum isn't magic pixy dust, it won't make your web pages jump in SERPs sololy from adding them. Think about whats best for the "visitors", can and would they interact properly in a forum? Or, are you better providing contexual resources yourself via a blog?

i read that before, thanks anyway. Bots are always cracking captach. So problem of forum is to stay one step head, whcih it self is job.
My idea was to manually accpet users after they email me, making sure theyir not bot.

Neither, as I've already said before. However, if you can get an active and well-moderated forum up and running, it WILL increase your legitimacy in the eyes of Google (if their alleged "Manual Review Handbook" is to be believed, that is).

The thing about blogs and forums is that they are there to add more content to the page... and this is what people often miss.

If adding a blog makes your page traffic jump, then you didn't have content of value on the site in the first place - likewise for a forums... In which case why the devil do you have a site in the first place?

People do not visit websites because of the goofy graphics, code chicanery, or seo bullshit - they visit sites for the CONTENT - be it static OR user generated. If you add a blog, you need to keep adding content. If you have a forums, you need to keep pushing content into the forum to keep people visiting... and if your site is having issues getting traffic in the first place, you need to examine your CONTENT before worrying about adding something like a blog or forum.

Both are good when it comes to SEO, so why do you have to choose if you can have it both? And it must be in high Page Rank to benefit well your sites!
