I have experienced it ... its not abnormal, as MakeThatDollar stated, it happens once in awhile, all will be fine soon enough
don't worry, I got $7600 from last month that isn't locked yet for some reason. but it should lock soon.
Same thing is going on here. I have over $3,000 in commissions from May that have not locked yet. Here is another question related to this: If an advertiser is going to extend your commissions, does this happen on the 10th? Or can it happen after? From how I understand it, the advertisers can not extend commissions after the 10th of the month. Thanks
Mine wasn't locked a few minutes ago. This will be my first check, I only have $225 in commissions. I just checked again and there is $54.00 locked. I had $108.00 in commissions in May and $117 so far in June. Do they normally lock it all or just the May commissions? $54.00 doesn't seem right though.
Thank you haniadel, The $108.00 for May is now locked. I know it's not much, but it's my first month and will be my first check. I am more excited than I should be.
Awww man u think u have it bad I have 736 dollars and only have 3.00 dollar locked LOL oh will just have to wait i guess.
This is my first month with CJ (not with aff marketing). I had the same problem. Mine is locking now. More is locked each time I look. My question is about the pay schedule with CJ. The money that is locking today, will I get a check for that the 20th of this month, or next month? Just wondering because it seems that all the other networks I use are different from each other. Thanks.
This is what you'll be paid on the 20th of this month. If you're getting a check it will take time to mail. -- All $3600 for this month has locked for me
Alright thanks. I have $1583 locked, $344 extended. I think that's where it should be. I just started with CJ on May 20th so that's not bad for 11 days.
So extended could mean a few things. It could mean that the advertiser wants to review your leads or sales to make sure they are authentic and not spam. A lot of hosting affiliate programs, and some /sale programs automatically extend commissions 30 days for refunds/cancellations. Hope this clears some things up Doug
The majority of the time, transactions are extended due to merchants' return periods rather than fraud investigations. Everyone freaks out when they see extended transactions, but 99% of the time, it's nothing to worry about. You'll get paid the next month most of the time.
