You need to enter proper bank account name, account number and IFSC code. If there is any mistake then you will get your refund with some charges. You can try other bank accounts such as HDFC,ICICI,SBI,Axis bank etc. if you have account there.

Suraj bhai you can find this code in your check book or ask bank team for it . This is compulsory for online transaction from paypal to bank and all banks have their IFSC code . :D

IFSC stands for Indian Financial System Code. Every bank has its own IFSC code. You need to check it on your check book or else ask to your bank branch for that.

Ok thanks Getjimmy bhai but they should provide the list if they don't support any bank and than why did they deducted money for that . They have deducted $15+ from that amount . Which is wrong .If we enter wrong information than they can go for this but if they don't support my bank than they should refund deducted money to my account .

I think there are list available to view under withdrawal section of your account IMO. I can't assure you this now as "PayPal website is temporarily unavailable" :(

I'd like to mention one more thing. It probably is not Paypal, but it might be your bank, who refused to accept the money and returned to Paypal for some reason. Do check out with your bank for explanation. And Paypal has a policy to charge the such transaction.

    Edited ------

Paypal sends it to the information provided by you. If the transaction does not materialise for some reason, the fund is (naturally) returned to (sender) Paypal, which is chargeable (ofcourse, heftily in Indian context) by Paypal as mentioned on the site very clearly.

What's DCB anyway? As for PP supported banks, if your bank branch has an IFSC code, you're good to go!

BTW, IFSC code list : www.ifsccodes.info

I am agree with you but can't they provide information of payment cancellation . They can send us message like your bank refused to receive the payment , than we can go further for any decision .

It might be possible that your Bank is not in the Deustche Bank's List or they do not send payment to DCB .. AFAIK the banks supported are

Axis , SBI, UBI, HDFC,Standard Chartered , ING VYSYA, PNB,ICICI now a days IDBI, ...

I have withdrawn into Axis , HDFC, ICICI so I know about them but DCB.. I can;t say..
