Get Roboform http://www.roboform.com/ - The Pro version is only 30 bucks - no affiliate link, and I have nothing to do with the software, it just saves me countless hours of copy / pasting :)

First put all the details of your website and / or article in to custom form filler fields in Roboform, that was the way I did it in my list of non Article Dashboard sites.

Once you get signed up for all the article sites, all you have to do on each site is to:

    1. Click the autologin-bookmark which is saved in Roboform. This loads up the login page, fills out your login and password and then submits it - all in one click.
    2. Surf to the submission page.
    3. Right click and select "Fill Form" - This fills all the fields in the form on the page with your predefined content, like resource box, article, summary, site description etc.
    4. Check all is ok and submit the form.

When submitting to hundreds of article submission sites or web directories you can really save a lot of time using this software.

I was going to do a quick picture tutorial, but it is really simple once you get the software loaded up, so I skipped that part for now :)

Interesting, I believe a forum member on DP has a free version of this software that does the same. Maybe someone knows the site off hand.

I wonder if it sends info to the site, anyone know if they read any bad reviews about it like sending your personal info to their server?

I use InFormEnter after recommendation by forum members and it does a good job as it quite speeds up the submission process.

Trust me, listen to directportrait here.

I'm not sure why people don't understand that you can use both RoboForm and InFormEnter to speed things up. Of course this is for those using the free version of RoboForm.

And if your using the paid version, then you don't even need InFormEnter.

As far as I can tell, the fastest method for manual submission is RoboForm (paid version and customized) combined with using Firefox and some site that has a list of directories. Click "Open Link in New Tab" to 6 or so directories, and next thing you know you have 6 pre-filled forms done by RoboForm. If anyone is interested in testing this method, you can use my site www.dirtracker.com that has a list of 2500 sites and at the same time you can track your progress. You can also sort by PR, free, paid, etc.

Anyone else can find a better manual way (not including semi-manual app's) to submit to directories, please let me know. There was also a FireFox plug-in I saw, but very expensive, that worked better then RoboForm. Its not done as of yet though.

Link doesn't work. It would be a neat plug-in if it was as good as RoboForm.

It was ..when I made the link a year back  .

Try searching for the word "form" you will find a few add-ons.

Currently I am using RoboForm and am more than happy with it.

Thanks for the tip off! I should've checked this site before I started going through a load of free-directories last week. Oh well, you live and learn, eh?
