what I have now is a site generating well over 25k per month

It reached up to 30k last month

This is an e-commerce business

My business network contains 5 sites that generate 25k-30k per month

All are same types of sites and are very similar in design, proofs of income available

They also do $100 per day on adsense which is not bad

Well I asked him something and got his pre defined message, which had no meaning to what I had sent him.

All 4 sites seem to have next to nil traffic, I have a site with 20k+ unique visitors a month and am able to make only $200 - $300 per month. He is making $10000 from sites having no traffic. That must be something.

I don't buy it even if it is a free deal.

Obviously you have not read in full details. I have never sent out the url's of my business to anyone who did not have the right budget for the sites. and so far i only gave out the url's to only 3 people who had the budget I was looking for. you probably looked at my cloning service page where at the top it clearly stated "RECENT PROJECTS" and saw my recent client's sites...

Please refrain from posting something unless you are 100% sure of it in your head.

I only gave out the urls on the phone. As I hate doing large business deals on email.

And another proof that you looked at my cloning service page is that I listed 4 recent projects and you said you saw 4 sites that have just started with little traffic. While here it clearly states I have 5 business that are making the $30,000 per month. meaning you saw my cloning service page.

again please understand something fully before trying to ruin someone's good reputation.

Use your time wisely to bring yourself up rather than bring others down, I don't mean to be harsh but I am a person who speak their mind when needed.

Well in my point of view I agree with you 100%. For sites that are worth from $10 - $500 should technically post their url here.

But I am selling a fully established business that I persevered and worked hard for. Not to mention how much income it is making monthly. As a business owner I need only healthy organic customer traffic. I can't have anyone on the site looking at my source and my formatting to try to imitate it.

So that is the main reason.

I think that is a bad excuse, and a bit shady not to provide details.. if you make the income/traffic
you say you do, then people are already doing what you are fearful of, and if you are as successful
as you say you are, then you should not even fear the petty people that try to copy you...

this really isnt the place to try and sell such an expensive site...marketplace might be better, but
limiting what you say to peole on marketplace will not sell your business either, everyone will want to know
the URLs, and very possitive proof of income, and more for money your looking to get, by not disclosing
everything only makes you look more shady...you said this was ecommerce, so your net profit is not
$30,000k... What is the net/profit per month?

This thread is firstly for the sale of my business. And I am not "shady" at all. Dp has many visitors most of them have the power to make clones of any popular website/business.

So i reduce the risk by sending all information through email to interested buyers/sellers.

This is a decision I make along with thousands of other domain/website sellers on dp so if you have a problem with this ask the admins of this forum. posting your thoughts here won't really do anything.

Since you are cloning your model, isn't that going to hurt your established business as some people start competing against you ? I would offer you 12 months net revenue for the sites.
