I Don't Get it..Same Keywords, Diffrent Minimum Bids!!!

Heres what i don't get, im running two diffrent campaigns in yahoo search marketing, but some of my keywords are the same. Funny things is, my minimal bid for certain keywords are WAYYY higher for one campaign then the other...See For Yourself:

This reeks of yahoo sleezyiness..

They will give you a reply which makes absolute no sense whatsoever - I wouldn't waste your finger stamina.

 

I had a problem with Adsense that is somehow related.
I offered on some keywords and they were receiving clicks. It was something like $0.20 per click.
The next day I found out the keywords were inactive, and I the minimum was set to $4 (!!!).

 

maybe you have much better ads in one of the groups then the other receiving higher CTR?
