Just please tell me you do not have one of those lawn mower mufflers on it, and a laptop on the passenger seat?
Exactly! What's more annoying than the sound is when one of these turds pulls up to me when I am in the Vette and starts revving the piss out of that tin can. When the light turns green, they are giving it all it has and it sounds like Rosie O'Donnel if she misses lunch, screaming, winding and popping. Meanwhile, I'm barely giving it gas and gone.... I really love the ones that do it to me when I am on my Harley. When they hear my pipes, they piss themselves.
I don't have car.. But have a BIKE... I am sorry.. I may not have rights to post here. As i don't have CAR. Thank You and Sorry
My experimental 18 wheeler. Getting 15% better fuel mileage. 10% from bullet frontal and 5% from synthetic oil. Will get an additional 5-6% from breaking the rearward vaccum of van in the near future. Will B converting it 2 'diesel-power' 2 run on waste cooking oil ASAP. God Bless all! TruckingInHighGear.com
Your experimental 18 wheeler looks good, that would tear the enemy in two parts if you take to destruction derby
you are missing the confederate flag painted on the front love the stream lining but it's a beast, couldn't you just drive a smaller car? or do you have 2.3+ kids? what about air flow, cooling the radiator, yo'! ??? those people need serious B-slaps!
You da man!!! Cool stuff!!! I ride my Mongoose to work several times a week. Great exercise, and slows the funding of terror. Where you getting your waste oil from?
2 guys I know are on the oil waste wagon...I wish I could get on, then again we don't drive much right now
Only in America Instead of converting your van maybe you could import a diesel car from Europe. We have small diesel power cars here and if you buy from either France or Germany I'm sure they won't cost that much. Older Mercedes and BWM are cheap.
Cheap to buy, yes... Cheap to fix, No... Reliable, NO... Man, the interior in older Mercedes.. ICK... I've driven and owned both and found GM products and Toyota/Honda to be far superior in terms of quality, reliability and overall cost of ownership. Don't get me wrong, I love Bimmers and Mercedes.. Nice looking cars, but the older ones generally have way too many problems and cost a fortune in parts and labor to fix. Actually buying an older Datsun or Suburu is the way to go for fuel economy. That or a motorbike. Keep in mind the more you spend, the longer it will take you to recoup that cost in fuel savings. For instance, I could move to an R700 Tranny in my Vette from my T-350 and gain about 5MPG, but the cost to do that would mean I would have to drive around 30,000 miles or so to see the savings, even with gas at $5/gal. That said, its not worth it. Anyway, I did not buy that or my other toys for fuel efficiency. I am also on the CNG kick as well.. Just having trouble finding nearby stations. Otherwise I would have converted my Olds by now.
