Taking steroids before your 21 can really mess with your endocrine system and taking steroids at all, if you dont know what your doing as in proper cycles, anti-estrogen, post-cycle therapy.
I didn't mean just muscles. When someone says I want to gain muscles that means he wants to gain muscles along with the fat that will build up. I said that as some of the advices given will mak me gain only fat. Thanks forrthe other advices though.
Not always, much of the time when someone says he wants to gain muscle they want to also lose fat In most all cases however you will of course put some fat on with the muscle gain, the key is to limit it.
When bulking most likely you will gain fat of some sort, as its just not functional in theory not too. But like you say you can limit it try by keeping your sources of fat mainly good fats.
dude, eat proteins, workout more (so you gain mass muscle), and eat healthy diet, and in about 3-7 weeks you be heavier but you will be muscle
