Hello, After waiting 4 days and mailing the support once I got approved to get a Payoneer Card. Now when i log in to my account I find : Please if anyone had already done these stuff give a me hand with this. 1/ Do I need to wait until I receive the card by mail to put my number to activate or I should get a mail with the number or something. 2/ When activating, I need to pay something ? If so the payment have to be instant or I can wait until I get a payment the fee will be taken from the balance. ( Because I noticed that there is a 14.95$ activation fees for non-US cardholders ) Regards.
The Payoneer account is primarily a card-based debit card account and you will need to activate the card before you use it. You can only do so when you receive the card. After which you will need to type in the Debit Card number and select your own 4 digit PIN. They will take $14.95 from the account the first time money is loaded into the account and $3 every month after that.
Yes that's correct, but if you got the card from Adult Webmaster Empire, the activation fee is $0.00 and monthly fee is $2.
Ah oke got it thanks guyz. I heard that the payoneer will include a virtual us ban acc with the card ? is that true ? If yes it will cost other fees for the bank acc ?
Where did you hear about that ? Most definitely it is not true. There is no bank account real or virtual attached to the payoneer card. I think whoever told you might have gotten mixed up, the card is however issued by The First Bank of Delaware.
I think it's true, maybe ! and it's still under beta, and it's given if you sign up throught Tchek. I saw it somewhere when i was googling for Payoneer.

You have to wait the card to arrive, because the card numbers is on the cards, it's embossed there and it's not on anywhere else!

No, you can't do it like moneybookers or paypal. However, you are allowed to load a payoneer account via a credit/debit card (this could be yours or someone's else account). Since the payoneer card is a master debit card, you can use that to send money however there is a fee to the one who receives the money and it is not instant. The loading should be completed within 48 hours after the sender verifies his credit card.
I got my payoneers card thru an payoneer partner for like a month now, received it within 2 weeks, i'm from europe seen nuthing like it! it rocks - Cost is $2 a month IF there is money in it, otherwise its free. - Uploading fee with CC cost 3,5% - withdrawing/getting money from the ATM machine will cost me $2.15. - No receiving fee when funds are available within 2 days, if i want it instantly it will cost $3 - daily withdraw limits somewhere between 1K - 2K. Remember: if you dont use your account within 60 days your card will be deactivated, so upload some funds within the timeframe of 60 days.

Hi, Now I am sure, Soon it well be a virtual US bank account with the card for everybody. And now Payoneer is testing the system with Tcheck and give free activation until 1 July + Your account will be accepted to fast ( not more tha 12h max, usually 3 or 4 hours ) And anyone can register with Payoneer even if he's outside the US. A frienf of mine just signed up and got this mail from Payoneer in 2 hours. That's mean it's allowed to sign up ! So guyz, what do you think ?
