How to remove backlinks ?

Hello all,

Recently i noticed that, google is not indexing my website. I checked in all the areas which will drive my website to be penalized. I found all the things correct, but one thing, when i was checking for my back links, one site is redirecting to the viagra promotional products.
Is this the reason to be penalize my website ?. If that's the case, i want to remove those back links.
Please advice on this issue..

First i want to know how u got this link by link exchange or by what...........

Then i wud further proceed.............

But here is one thing........................

I don't think so for such a link Google wud punish your site. It is wroth to say. And second thing Viagra a business product it's not a product which disliked by Google..........

If you do link exchange then Might be you are penalized for excessive link exchange. And if you got this link by link exchange then all things in your hands...........

 

I think never collect this type off link, if you collect then no question you should be remove there directory or resources. i want to say that always collect relevant and quality links it's always help full for your site.

 

Maybe your site is in a link farm that's why it's penalized?

 

The only way to remove backlinks would be to contact the webmaster/site owner of the website your link is and ask him to do so.

 

yea there is no way to remove it remotely, or else everyone would be doing that to their competition.
