I have created one blog (http://onlinecashadvance.blogspot.com/) and got PR 0 ; now i want to promote my blog... What are the techniques are there to promote a blog?

 

Write some quality articles and submit them to article directories. You may also buy some links to enjoy the PR juice.

Submit your blog to social bookmarking site, submit to directories, put the links in your forums sig and also join social networking site.

The blog which i mentioned here used default template from blogger. Can i modify the template? i need to arrange the postings in order.I have seen lots of blogs with nice templates. They are created from blogger itself.How they are getting that templates?
