Look at this article http://ezinearticles.com/?Review-of-Jason-Ferruggias-Muscle-Gaining-Secrets&id=1165066 The guy has put the direct link to the affiliate product which redirects to his clickbank hoplink for the product, and this article is rated #1 In the Muscle Building category on ezinearticles. He must be getting tons of views and sales. I thought direct affiliate links weren't allowed!
I honestly don't see a problem with his landing page page in particular...lots of people are featuring websites that have their affiliate links snuck in on ezines (me being one of them). Also, his landing page is awesome. THAT'S how to copywrite for a bodybuilding e-book. Very nice...
Landing page??? I don't see any landing page, it's a direct link! I have nothing against sneaking a landing page on ezine, that's not against the rules. however he has a direct hop link to the product on the article i.e when I press the link it opens www.musclegainingsomething.com/?hop=authorsname it doesn't open a landing page
He's not breaking any rules: http://ezinearticles.com/editorial-guidelines.html EzineArticles.com Editorial Guidelines: (AFFILIATE PROGRAMS): Affiliate links will be allowed if the link is a domain name you own which forward/redirects to the affiliate link from the top-level of the domain name. For example, it is permissible to forward to an affiliate link from: http://your-company-name.com/ ...but it would not be permissible to forward to an affiliate link from: http://your-company-name.com/page.html
That's great!! I didn't know that, Most of the affiliate products I sell I register a .com domain which redirects to the affiliate products.. Thanks for the info, I will start doing this in every article. I thought that no kind of affliate link is allowed
