I was thinking 10c a post, but quality post not just "cool post" or something like that. This is my first time doing this, please tell me if that sounds fair.

your paying rate is too low. Try to increase it. I also a blogger.

 

You want post or comment? Normally i take 10 dollar per post. For comment, 20 cent per comment.

 

These are the rates for forum posts. For articles and blog posts, it usually costs 1c to 5c per word.
