You bought the package from one of the resellers ,and it seems you have violated their(the server group's) TOS. Ofcourse it is not 100% your fault, but you should first read the tos displayed on reseller's site(if any). Its the part of the reseller's mistake also, that they are allowing such sites even after reading the server group's tos. I recommed you to contact the servergroup directly and tell about this, and the reseller will be warned for these kind of activities.Also you can add negative itrader to that reseller's dp profile if you want.

I see, but nothing of these is happening to me. It's been some time now that I've hosted sites for my friends and not a single problem.
The words you say put me in doubht but I still think the plans I offer are good. Nobody will ban me from there because I know the owner of the host where I bought reseller from and He's 100% honest and I asked him if I could sell hosting and he said Yes. The ones that have bought till now don't have negative opinion.

yes thats my site and there was not a tos or reseller site there with the first reseller, mybluehair, and thats the incident I'm talking about. Plus, I asked him about my site and he said its quite okay and he can host me. So it cannot be my fault at all don't you agree? Second I signed up with an indian guy here called manish who is a very honest guy and uses his own nameserver, thats why I never knew that it was server group in his hosting too. Once again, I asked him if my site is okay and he assured me it is. And then he flipped again. Apparently the stupid server group don't have a site, otherwise I would have told them cause seriously it negatively affected my site a lot. Lastly I'm sure once again that arlind or you (if you are a reseller too) are not the ones to blame but server group or their entire system of selling is. But end of the day, I really suffered a lot because of these issues which I shouldn't have they are absolutely commitin fraud with people cos as a customer I bought the accounts from the reseller and not them. But its servergroup.info who disallowed my site to be hosted. It is their fault because they do not maintain the ethical way of selling, otherwise its the resellers who should be fined/banned and not the customers who should be banned/suspended. At any cost it was server group's responsibility to maintain their integrity in cases like these.
To server group a reseller is their customer, so it is absolutely unjustified that it is the customer who actually bought services from a reseller who should suffer, rather its the reseller who was at fault, and banning me only kills my site and not the actual wrong doers. I know when I'm wrong, but in both these cases I was absolutely innocent and they were wrong, pity it was me who suffered. May the Gods sometime takes this fraud company out of business once and for all. Amen!

 

Yes I do remember you asking those guys if your site was fine to host and they confirmed that it would be ok.. So you are not in the wrong and neither is the server group.. This is to be blamed on the reseller that you bought the accounts from they should know the tos and follow it..

But I still stick to my believe that you need a very high quailty vps or dedicated server for your site..

You are a good guy and have a nice site, but the resources that you say your site uses is not good for a shared server. And most shared servers including mine, don't allow video files and have a cpu resource limit.

I hope you get your money back from the resellers, and you should leave appropriate feed back for them as well.

 

I still remember once you PMed me and asked about your nokiathemes site.
And I said , I can not allow such download sites and I also displayed our TOS.

The server group is not a company's name, its the server name. It is because of anonymous reseller hosting program.

The server owner owns the right to remove any websites that are violating their tos, and , let me tell you, our logo is, we dont remove the reseller's site, we first just suspend the client site if found wrong and will send a warning mail to the reseller. If the reseller do the same mistakes again and again then we will suspend or termiate his sites.

So, you can gave negative itrader to the reseller's dp profile. Contact me for any further clarification regarding how you can contact the server group

I agree. If a site is affecting the server in a very negative way, it's unfair for other customers to suffer just because of one site. I believe Vivek does not terminate the offending site immediately, rather, he first suspends it. Maybe you're reseller did not reply to Vivek or communicated Vivek's note to you.

I know as much as you know. I have contacted the owner of the host but no answer.

I'm more frustrated than you are and I'll try to fix this as soon as I can.

1 other thing, THIS IS NOT MY FAULT!

My most important sites are down too and it's all because of the host.

Well, the server is finally back! But I'm even more frustrated. Now all mySql DB are deleted

I hope it will be fixed.
