ok heres another entry as per your requirements:

Graphic not bad, but the wording look a bit stiff

 

Maybe someone can try doing a graphic out of the the 2 letter 'EL' with the wording 'EnjoymentLab'

I think put the EnjoymentLab together better, if split into 2, it has a lot of blank space after the 'Lab' word

wording quite ok, but prefer the 2 people without holding the balloons and fire work

 

you all can design a longer logo like the one above this post, it still can fit in the location

and the graphic does not necessary has to reflex the 'enjoyment' or 'lab' element, this forum is targeting webmasters and Internet Marketers, that may give you some ideas to work on.
