Legal Site or Illegal site

    Hello,

    i have a website which is entertainment site,
    i am adding mp3 songs to my site
    i have added hindi mp3 songs,( not uploading just linking Rapidshare.com links or other file hosting links) i know that is 100% legal
    i want to add English Mp3 Songs not uploading just linking Rapidshare.com links or other file hosting links, Will that be legal

    i just want my site to be 100% legal

    So any help will be appreciated

    I am not sure if warez linking is legal in your country, but I am %99.9 sure it's illegal to most countries including U.S.

    It's all illegal actually but everybody's doing that so what can we say?
    It is illegal thing that has been turned to "legal" nowadays.
