    Im going to do a site that sells some physical products CDs , Books .. etc
    i want it to be like this site mindmaster.tv
    is there anyscript that enables me to sell many physical products and do some content pages .

    There are lots of options for this.

    - osCommerce

    - WordPress + WPecommerce plugin

    - zen cart


    Many others will work as well.

    Yeah, for sure.
    As jessebhunt said I recommend WordPress + WPecommerce plugin. wordpress is a very good CMS and very flexible.
