About uptime, i know that this happened, the servers got hacked several times and now they are fixed and much better, and they are working fine ... 2. About speed, there were ALOT of illegal accounts running in the background such accounts were using alot of CPU usage therefore making the server EXTREMELY slow, that even clients couldn't see their sites & login to Cpanel/WHM nor WHMCS ... 3. About 30-days moneyback gurantee, I know, you talked to live chat, me & other representative, I have sent the message of your request of refund to the owner, however, if it is passed 30 days, then its passed 30 days mate, we cant add extra 1,2,3,etc. days just to make you happy, you had 30 days to "test" forcium ... 4. The owner of forcium, and im sure about this, didn't block you, he didn't use msn for several days now, and as im working with him, should i also consider him blocking me if he is simply OFFLINE? 5. About the VPS, Forcium doesn't supply VPS servers. 6. About Status2k - the license has expired ... and yes it was a legal license, till it expired 7. Overall, even though this is my word, and not formally Forcium's word. I have to say i helped you on live chat upto the best of my ability, if you think this isn't true, then i just cant believe it, i mean i did everything you needed within couple of minutes and yet you are very unsatisfied... And about moneyback, I don't understand, it was not passed 30 days I asked it the 29th day and than it wasn't the 30th day I had to ask it to THE BOSS and he only came online some days later So in fact I was in 30 days, not out 4) Well, he was offline on my msn and not on my friend his MSN list 5) Well yes, I saw that sentence in his nick .. and I'm not blind :s 6) OK, sorry than for misunderstanding 7) Yes I know, but why didn't it work than? Hey Guys, I just saw this post and I thought I would respond. Aquarezz - I have been on the live support system for the last 48 hours and I do not remember speaking with you. But I will address all issues in this post. Uptime - We were hit by a denial of service attack that took us 3 days to fix. Since I have come aboard a few days ago, we have not had a single downtime other then apache being recompiled and that was just a few seconds offline. Speed - I have not noticed or heard any complaints about speed issues. No tickets have been raised, and I have not been informed on live support of any issues. If someone is having a problem they should contact me so that I can work with them to fix it. 30 day money back guarantee - I do not see your ticket about your refund. Well, I talked to live support for that The person said he would Pm the admin to give me moneyback He told me nothing about making a ticket If he would told me, I would have made it, and would get my money... But he didn't tell me and now I have nothing He said he would PM and also that I had to contact so I thought everything I did was good I didn't know something about tickets, I only heard that too late... As stated above we are trying our best to Rectify the situation and we have invested alot into the project, We don't have any plans of selling out again, The company will soon become a bad memory, and all customers WILL be happy at there new location. You guys with forcium may want to read the rules of dp. no sharing iTrader, bumping each other's threads or other forms of double-teaming. So that means you can not all be posting in this same thread.
I'm quite amazed anyone would buy out that company. With all those cheap plans I don't see how they would make any money at all. Investing in a company that is a failure isn't that great of a plan.

The only reason it was failing is down to the lack of knowledge in the Company's Admin and Tech team its self, plus the amount of free hosting accounts they had a few other problems. Rickie
