You could be here already. Clock up a few hundred decent posts and you'll probably be able to rent out your signature spot each month (do not spam or post nonsense). I know of a paid forum called Goldposter.net (I think). A member here (0lgi) owns it. I seem to remember it pays by egold.
I think there was a site called www.spiceupbindas.com which was paying .04$ a post but I am not quite sure whether they still have that thing. There was another webmaster site which also pays backlinks.com or something I forgot that site's url. you can try these two.
I have started a website. I am paying $.10 per post and thread. You will also get money for browsing the forum. The goal is to set up higher payments as the site goes on in order to get high quality communication going on. But right now, it's like all other PayPerPost forums.
