I was going to start out saying, "I'm sorry, but I've reported your site to the MPAA and FBI", but I thought, why should I say I'm sorry. You're the scumbag breaking the law. Under my own moral consciousness, as a person that respects the idea of protecting intellectual property, I have reported you to the MPAA and FBI. For some reason your moral compass allows you to build a network of illegal distribution of intellectual property, all the while you make a profit. This is the same logic people use to copy websites and put it up on their site. These are the thief's that steal ideas and destroy the power of a person that worked hard because they are lazy looters. The law of copyright is designed to foster the production of creative works and the free flow of ideas by providing legal protection for creative expression. Copyright provides protection against the infringement of certain exclusive rights in "original works of authorship fixed in any tangible medium of expression," including computer software; literary, musical, and dramatic works; motion pictures and sound recordings; and pictorial, sculptural, and architectural works. See 17 U.S.C. § 102(a). These exclusive rights include the rights of reproduction, public distribution, public performance, public display, and preparation of derivative works. 17 U.S.C. § 106. Legal protection exists as soon as the work is expressed in tangible form. Copyright law protects the physical expression of an idea, but not the idea itself. Although civil law protects all the copyright owner's exclusive rights, criminal law primarily focuses on the rights of distribution and reproduction. See 17 U.S.C. § 506(a) and 18 U.S.C. § 2319. Those convicted of criminal copyright infringement face up to five years' imprisonment and a $250,000 fine. Id. http://www.usdoj.gov/criminal/cybercrime/ipmanual/01ipma.html
Maybe for starters ... that the site doesn't load? At least for me it doesn't. What was on this site?
The better question is.. why would this ever be accepted? Bad business model... you'll end up in prison.
Hmm, site works now. Nothing else to add, everything's pretty much been said but I have a question. What do you intend to deliver? When someone makes a purchase? I mean, surely you don't have a database of millions of songs and if you did, it would still be illegal. What is it that the customer receives if anything.
You guys can see lots of sites like mine below: cb-analytics.com/category.php?name=%7CFun+%26+Entertainment%7CMusic¶m=&start=1 all of them are illegal? all of the owner in prison? CB is fool ?
I think what supper is trying to say - along with others - is that if you have the talent and resources to put together THAT website, and have figured out how to make it convert.. . ... Then why aren't you doing something a 'little' closer to the white hat side of the fence? "all of them are illegal? all of the owner in prison? CB is fool?" They all fall under a gray area - which is deregulated - which is good because we can all use that to our advantage. However when you push the envelope this much where you are trying to sell torrents or 'access' to stuff that is not yours - you MUST see it from everyone elses perspective too << Not everyone is 'all about money', and they select what to promote and what to critique based on their instinct and conditioning. You must accept, expect, and respect others critisism (critisizm?) as in turn it will only make your program better, or perhaps your person better.. . ... You seem like a bright cat - use that energy and resources for something more positive, perhaps with a higher payout and I think you'd gain some respect around these parts, being your 4th post - you are about to 'do or die' here. Best, NC.
Thanks for all your replies. I respect all of you, Your advice make my program better. but Supper directely report my site to MPAA and FBI.
I have a PSP related site, was looking for some monetizing ideas, did a search for PSP on CB and found PSP blender. Pure scam (sells free downloads by torrents) and this was almost one year ago and PSP blender still active with CB. See no difference at all with the site of OP. Would be much better for the reputation of CB products (and our affiliates interests) if CB cleaned out the scams. I do not promote any article without real value or are in conflict with copyrights.
i had this problem too, and just because supper is being a huge ass because he doesn't know what IM is, im going to tell you how to get approved. Pm me.
There are many similar music and movie downloads sites in CB, so it is obvious that CB accepts such music and video sharing sites. You may try Paydotcom as approval is easy there.
the whole secret is about playing on words when you get contacted by a clickbank representative to have more info about your product..Personally it worked out by telling the representative i was selling a walkthru to explain torrent downloading to allow the user to find what he's seeking (music or video). you just have to say the link to the freeware is part of the product, along with the guide to torrent downloading. the CB guy might ask you to change some stuff on your LP, then he will approve you and you can go back to your LP to change things back to what they were.
Okay is someone trying to copy me? LMAO I was first LOL Maybe he was trying to quote me or something.... what ever he was doing it freaks me out
