Directories for New Blogs?

I have this blog, which is just a month old with 10 posts. I'm looking forward for traffic to come into my blog (amillionby20.com) But the problem is most of the directories I searched, needs blog that are old and well established. Do you know any directory that may accept me?

Are you trying the blog directories? maybe they have more rules in place.

Try free web directories, with 10 posts you should get accepted, any directory owner can see if a blog is new and that it will eventually grow.

I might be way off track here, but new or not would not be a main factor, give me a new blog with a regular update that has quality, quality and then some quality on top of that and it will get listed up over and above an old or new blog with crap posts.

 

Age is not the main factor in evaluating a site. As downunder says you can have a young site with much more quality than some of the older ones.

amost the same list here http://www.submitemnow.com/web-directories.htm, but there you can use submitemnow - freeware firefox extenstion for directory submission. It save a lot of time

This directory has been around for OVER 2 years now, and is expanding.

 

As long as you have some decent posts/ articles, the blog should be a candidate for acceptance. Not all directory submissions are accepted in any case. Keep on trying.

 

submitemnow looks like a good service but many directories are with nofollow tags.

 

You shouldn't have any problems with free directories. My blog is about 3 months old now but when I first started getting my blog out there, I went to the the free directories first.

There are a lot of free directories out there. Submiting to free directories is the best option.
