    Who are you hosting through? There should be an option in your Admin Panel to update...

    Go and login now. In the first panel it will show you your version.

    or

    Go to your website and give a View Source . There should be a line like meta name="generator"

    download wp update plugin then upload it to wp-content/plugin directory
    activate it
    then in "settings" click wordpress update

    It should show the newest version at the top of your dashboard when you log in. At least that's where mine is. :)
