    I have had this site for a few months.
    The site needs a new owner that will have time to promote it as i don't have the time for it any more.

    4 Proxy Skins on the site was released by me and are copyrighted to www.phproxyskins.com
    I am afrade that all sponsor links on all the proxy skins on the site must stay as they are as some of them are from other proxy skin sites and the others are sold sponsor links.
