    If you are looking for free wp themes then first of all search for free WP themes through google (there are lots of free wp themes available). Download one you want to use it for your blog and then unzip it and upload everything under Wp-content > themes folder. Activate it through your wp admin control panel. Thats all.

    Download a theme and read the ReadMe file. You should upload that theme in wp-content/themes/

    i can't find the option you are telling.i checked each and every section of website in my admin panel.not able to find wp-content/themes

    IT IS NOT IN THE ADMIN AREA
    Go to FTP and try there.

    To change the theme through admin area go to DESIGN -> THEMES
