Is paypal offline?

I'm having some issues connecting and using paypal. The site keeps timing out. I can access all other sites just fine. I've also tried to use some proxies with no luck.

Is anyone else having any issues using paypal??

 

Just tested it and it seems to run without problems here..Probably just a hop being down on the route from their servers to your computer.

 

lol when u cant open sites like google,paypal,yahoo they didnt get down,ur connection is on ip changing or on problem,,,uptime of them is %99.999999 so it means down for a second.maximum 10 or 20.lol

 

Since 2006 that I started using paypal I never have any down time experience, and thats until now... Check your connection bro...

PayPal is not working well for a few countries I think, time out issue. I've noticed myself and one of my client told me the about this problem.

 

Paypal was updating the system yesterday night. I noticed their announcement.

 

PayPal has never been down, and I don't think it will ever be.
They have super speed high-end servers.

Check your connection bro. Or talk with your ISP.

 

I got same problem here, paypal only can open on face but can't acces my account like didn't active.from Indonesia here

Does anyone ever look at the routine maintenance alert messages ever?

Also, any website is susceptible to slowdowns and poor connectivity, anytime...you never know.

 

Some issue here.

But, it fixes automatically in few hours.

It happens frequently here.
