How to make payment by paypal balance Only ?

suppose if i want to make a little donation button , or selling an item in small price and i wish to receive money via only paypal balance how to make that type of form

because people may try to pay by cc which is a loss when considering the fees

 

I don't understand what the difference is for you - whenever I've used paypal they take the same fees regardless of what's going on from the payees end.
Do you pay extra credit card processing fees as well? Surely the whole point of paypal is that you don't do that.

 

if i make a donation button , or any Buy now form

and if u are going to pay me by cc they will deduct some fees (5% so its a loss where as if pay me by pp balance fund its good )

i need to force buyer to pay by their paypal balance

for small transactions cc payments are useless

 

yeah but most users don`t keep any amounts in their pp balance. pp balance is money kept in vain.

Ah - I see - I've just had a look.
For a personal account, it's as you say, no charge for a payment from a paypal balance
For a business account, the same fees for balance or credit card.

Chargeback is worst case for sellers

you can not add donation button with personal account

you should have premier or business

also better specify something like "$1 or 2 donation would be nice to support my website "

 

As arjun316 said, you cannot take in donations with a personal account and with a premier/business account, the fees are the same whether your visitors gives you the donations via paypal balance or credit card.

With the Donation buttons, you can set fixed rates. You can probably create a few donation options for example $2 , $5, $10 and so on.

Donations are one way funds transfer from whoever to you and you don't need to give up anything like transfer of goods or services to the one who sends you the money. Take it as bonus money and if paypal gets the whole lot because someone sends you a small amount, let it be.

 

You cannot force any buyer to NOT make a CC payment. Its upto the buyer.

 

But you can ask the buyer to pay using PP balance

You cannot force anyone to give you donations. Donations must be voluntary.
