    No,they are different company,also paypal dont allow any kind exchange..

    Just withdraw funds from your moneybookers account to your bank account and then upload it to your paypal account using same bank account. Only that one possible in your case.

    No you can't send or receive the money between moneybookers an paypal, vice verca.

    And MoneyBookers also do not allow any kind of exchange.

    yes i agree,never use exchanger if u want a long term work,and no one would exchange paypal money to any thing,until u be trustable.thats all

    RELIABLE exchangers don´t exist because it´s against PP´s and MB´s TOS to exchange money. Possibly you will be scammed (you definitely will if there is a website claiming they do this)
