AdSense Taking Forever to Accept Request

I applied for AdSense at least 3-4 months ago, and my account is still under review. I told my friend to join and create an account for himself about 3-4 weeks ago, and he's been waiting ever since. What's going on with this? I can understand the 3-4 weeks if they are busy, but why do I need to wait over 3 months for a response?

Mail them with the email you used at and ask them whats wrong. They usually take 1-3 days max. I got accepted 4yrs back in 1 day :)

Well I know it says in 3 days, but man this is taking a while... Congrats on the 1 day acceptance, wish I was that lucky. How long do you think it would take for them to respond?

Well I've sent then an e-mail, but what do you think happened with my account? Why would it take so long?

I didn't ever get a rejection letter either, it's just been "under review" for about 4 months.

Let me know if you do hear back from them. But I think once you pass the 4 day mark, you're in for quite a long journey.

After my account got banned, I got accepted just after 2 days of applying with a website that I started less than a week ago.

    Peace,

I got accepted in about an hour when I signed up about a year ago. If they don't respond within a week or so, I'd reapply.

no one made the right questions:

    - do you have a estabilished site?
    - do you have traffic

maybe the answer is in this questions?!

Well another one of my friends, or I guess he's my friend, applied about a year ago. For his site he used a new site he just started, probably got 4 uniques a day. he got accepted early the next day. So traffic, as far as I know, has nothing to do with it.

I guess I'll have to wait for Google to respond to me about what's up with the delay.

    Update:

I got an e-mail back from Google. It seemed like just a generic e-mail, and it basically said to check the FAQ, and then started talking about what to do if ads don't appear on the site properly. So since my e-mail didn't reach a human (probably), what should I do now?
