This is a ramble, you shouldn't read this if you have any feelings, a brain or a heart, or if you are easily offended. This ramble is about the government of the United states and the stupid laws they pass. ----- Are you kidding me? I was just reading news until I stumbled upon an article about a rally cry against cyber bullying. I should host a rally cry about the rising oil prices and about what the government is doing about it. Apparently the government plans to make cyber bullying "Illegal" I think this is in the top most stupid laws, right next to Alabama's "It is illegal to wear a fake mustache that causes laughter in church." If you are offended by what someone says online then I believe that you should have your arms tied around you in a tight white suit and put in a foam room. I believe that the government needs to stop wasting their time with attention wanting Emo Kids with no common sense and start paying more attention to issues that affect all of us. Hey President Bush have you noticed that the dollar is decreasing in value? But we won't worry about that, let's worry about the smart teens that listen to what their fellow teens tell them online. Or what about the rising oil prices? But Heck that doesn't matter, let's waste our time protecting psychiatric kids who shouldn't be allowed to be online in the first place. I don't think this will actually help decrease it. It will just make people want to do it more. It's like telling a 14 year old kid to not drink, he is still gonna do it even though it's illegal. Besides if the law does pass it will still not apply to people that live outside of the United States, making the Proxy Industry grow more than it already has so if anyone has the time I suggest you buy the proxy "ICANTALKTRASHABOUTYOUALLIWANTCAUSEIMHOSTEDINRUSSIA.COM". How the hell does the government even plan to enforce the law? Will they hire more police to waste their time catching actual criminals and instead go knocking on someone's door telling them they shouldn't call a fat kid fat just because he will get his poor little feelings hurt? Basically the US has an army outside of the country fighting in Iraq and instead of worrying about the safety of the troops they are worrying about an Emotionally Instable kid. The stock market plummeted yesterday but who gives a damn? As long as the kids are not being harassed online it's all fine. By the way, I'm fourteen I'm a teen and I could care less what someone says about me online or in real life, adults that spend time online harassing little kids are more dumb than the kids they are harassing I mean, get a life or a job....
very true. This is why I wish the government would stay out of the internet and our private lives like that.
You can't just say what you want. There are laws that you should research like invasion of privacy, defamation, libel and slander.
Well it all depends on what country you are on. Besides if it's against a company that is something else but if it's against a teen then really who cares? Just brush it off.
Unfortunately young man, you are growing up in a police state, and it is only going to get worse as things unravel economically and people start taking to the streets because of inflation and food shortages.
Yeah... if one rally broke out in the US could you imagine all the other protests that would bring? I have heard that the barrel of oil is supposed to go up to $150 dollars by JULY! Driving will be considered a luxury very soon. The government needs to spend more money on energy fuels and stop worrying about the poor little no self esteem kids online.
its not about fat kids and their feelings my friend...its about limiting the freedom of speech on the internet...they cant limit it the regular way but they can find a backdoor or shortcut solution where they call it "cyber bullying"... just like that "anti terror act" where they are free to flush your human rights down the toilet if they trip out you are a "terrorist"...no proof needed and no responsibility afterwards...the real agenda is the complete depletion and pillaging of our human rights via loopholes and ever so convenient little laws like this... the US gov hates free speech and anybody who opposes its corporate democracy...it does not matter any more how silly their propaganda is because we have become accustomed to it and rather carry on with our lives instead of screaming bloody murder...
