A bit expensive in my opinion. Maybe yu can offer a lower price for sometime before going back to your original price.

I appreciate the comment - although my rates are only a fraction of real professional rates and I do have 1 longstanding client who is happy with my work.

In addition, another recent client has had some work done and it looks like it might become a good working relationship. There were a few misunderstandings, but those were due to language barriers and were able to be resolved easily enough.

Both clients are current members of DP forums and I have done work for other members who were happy with the results. I did have to turn down a good client as I didn't feel I could bring enough original insight into some of the work he needed. The client did like the work I produced, but I was never satisfied with it and felt I could do better (even though it was a high standard). The problem was I kept altering it each time I was proofreading and it became too time consuming (e.g. it could have been 20+ hours per article as each revision meant further research to verify information). The intended market audience was business professionals and therefore I could never be satisfied and analyzed each word and its significance to the market.

I could take on jobs at $0.01 per word - but it wouldn't be worth my time to do any original research or proofreading. I normally use notepad to create all my articles rather than using any program to spin them or mine information automatically. As a consequence, each article will normally take at least 1 hour and could be considerably longer if a lot of research is required.
