[An experiment]Anyone ranking No#1 for any keywords? Please report here

I'm trying to find the volume of search for certain keywords. As you know, Google trends shows only a graph and not the volume of search, I need your help.

If you rank high(preferably No1) for a certain keyword or keywords, then the amount of traffic you get from Google for that keyword can give us an idea of the search volume of that keyword. Using that keyword as a standard we can find the search volume of all other keywords by comparing the graph produced by both in Trends.

I request all site owners here who rank No1 for any keyword(s), that has a sufficiently high volume to warrant a graph, then please share with me the keyword(s) and the amount of traffic you receive for that keyword (this can be found from Google Analytics). If you are hesitant to reveal information in public then you can PM me.

This will be helpful to all of us.

i agree 100%... the only thing that i can advice is to link 10 or 20 articles to your site, that may give a rank boost

 

I am on 3rd or some times 4th (daily changes) for a keyword let me know if u still want the information

I rank #1 for lots of keywords and http://freekeywords.wordtracker.com/ is highly inacurate due to it including all countries in its results

In Google External Keyword Tool there are various levels of Search Volume, there is no need to tell others the keyword just a figure and an image screengrab. (Takes 20 seconds)

Position: 1st
Traffic Daily: 25-30

Yes, not all experiments work. I've come across this a few times - I've posted an idea, but afterwards found that nobody's really interested. Well, maybe better luck next time!

You would maybe want to rephrase your request. I'm sure everybody would love to share the picture of keyword search volume in adwords and the daily number of visitors, while still keeping the keyword to themselves.

 

I rank #1 for "Brown Ducks in Glistening Yellow Ponds" and i get 4 uniques per year.

I can understand your apprehension, so I said you can PM me. If you rank high for a keyword that has very few competition, then it's OK if you don't want to tell. But if the keyowrd is competitive and already has hundreds of competitors then it doesn't make any difference. If you say you rank no1 for "how to lose weight" and get 2000 visitors from Google each day, what good that info do to any competitor. It would still requre the same effort to beat you, with or without that info.

It's disappointing when people make remarks like "I will give you my credit card".

Why would someone who already has a number one listing for a kw care about an experiment? They already have the best listing for that kw lol
