Cheapest / Best service dedicated server host

So which company provides cheap / good service?

I just need a cheap dedicated server with 2500gb+ bandwidth for a webserver.

 

How about space/CPU/budget?

 

Prefer under the 30's cause its just a webserver / CPu doesn't matter aslong as it can run the webserver with no issues / Prefer windows as an option / VPS is an option but dedicated best. . Then i will be buying a larger server for a game server.

 

Well under $30 you won't get a lot I sell a P3 1GHZ with 20GB hard drive for $25 and it's one of the lowest prices in the industry.

I suggest VPS, but you'll need to raise to at least $40 for something with that kind of drive

 

How much bandwidth are you able to give me with that 25dollar plan.

No and I wouldn't because that took way to long to load. If I were shopping for a web host I would want it to load quickly as that is great demonstration of how your service will function too.
