Looking for Quick & Dirty Design

A company I'm doing some work for is looking for designs for specific product lines. They aren't looking for developed sites, just your basic set of .PSD files ready to be sliced up (Home, Category, Sub-Cat, Product and a blank for content pages like FAQ, Contact, About, etc). They have some basic specs on the layout, don't care about copy (i.e. Latin is okay) and really just want to find somebody who can churn out a bunch of different looks on a consistant basis.

To me it sounds straight forward enough, not an exciting gig for a good designer, but one that could pay some bills for a designer who could go into grind mode. The problem seems to be in finding one that gets the concept of clean, simple, basic, repeat, repeat, repeat. I know there are grinders out there, or sites like templatmonster would not exist, but where do you find them?

Does anybody know of a site similar to templatemonster, but where you can browse through the work of a bunch of different designers and contact them about contracting - sort of a designer marketplace? I know there's a for sale board here, but I don't meet the posting criteria. Any other ideas?

    Thanks!

Post 10 more times and then post in the marketplace here...it'd be a good place to find someone.

I could possibly do it too. Just need more information about it to say for certain.

I also have a negative comment added by somebody who never actually mentioned what their beef was, but that seems to be enough to block me posting in the marketplace. I'm not sure if 25 posts will lift that barrier.

As for the job, thanks to those who have posted and Imed. Let me clarify a bit though. The company isn't looking for free templates, WP themes or programming of any kind. They want custom design work done fast and dirty, but no coding of the designs, no slicing of the images, just the designs themselves to a loose set of specs. Basically they want to say "give us six looks for an online shoe store", or "mock up five desings for a site that sells pocket watches - home page, category page, product detail page and cart", and have somebody crank out the looks.

I mentioned templatemonster just because there are templates on there where I'd like to be able to contact the designer and say "Hey, that one is perfect, but instead of cell phone accessories, can you do one with personal hygene products? Here are some product thumbnails..."

Anyway, many thanks for the suggestions. They help quite a bit.

What kind of layouts do you mean by "clean, simple, basic"? From your first post.
    How much are you paying?

I can design. I've not got a portfolio site up as of yet but I can show you some previous work i've done. Drop me a PM with your email (it'll be easier to talk than on here).

    Thanks,
    TS

hostgator offers lots of free design templates to their hosting customers

even if you aren't in need of their hosting services, it might be worth signing up for a "baby" account for $4.95 a month just for access to the free templates
